By accessing or using 1sto50 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
1sto50 is a web-based number clicking game that allows users to test their speed and compete on global leaderboards. The Service includes both free and premium features.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Free and Premium Services
4.1 Free Tier
Free users have limited daily plays. Additional plays can be earned by sharing results or by upgrading to a premium subscription.
4.2 Premium Subscription
Premium subscribers receive unlimited plays and additional features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game
- Attempt to manipulate your scores or rankings
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent play limits
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
7. Leaderboards and Scores
We reserve the right to remove any scores or rankings that we believe were achieved through cheating, manipulation, or violation of these terms. Our decisions regarding leaderboard disputes are final.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1sto50 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1STO50 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through other means.
13. Governing Law
